TERMS and CONDITIONS of USE
The Healing Hearth Appointment Scheduler is provided for your convenience.
We encourage you to use the online appointment scheduler regardless of who sets up your first appointment. You may explore the schedule without risk of being charged as you can cancel or change any appointments made immediatly following confirmation, i.e. within the same login session. It is in real time and sends emails, text messages and phones to our thereapist each time appointments are made, cancelled or questions are submited through our "Waiting List" so please don't abuse this privilage. There is a "Services" link on the front end that gives information on what to expect during your appointment with reminders about our Terms and Conditions. All confirmed appointments are subject to valid payment information, we accept Visa, Master Card or PayPal. If PayPal option is chosen be sure to look for our invoice email in addition to the automatic confirmation letter. There is a service charge for all appointments that are not canceled in a timely manner and no shows, these fees are mentioned later in this document.
You may ask to schedule an appointment outside of our regular hours or with less than our required 1hr. notice by selecting the "Waiting List" link and submitting your request. However, appointments scheduled outside regular shifts are subject to confirmation by HH, Inc. and your selected therapist. There may be an additional charge, i.e. like overtime. Therapists may choose not to accept your appointment if less than the minimum lead time is given or if outside their regular posted schedule. In many instances there is room for double booking so if you do not find your desired time open please do fill out the "Waiting List" form. HH, Inc. will attempt to accommodate your needs, offer an alternate therapist or your therapist will offer alternate times for you to choose from.
Many of our therapists offer multiple services along with out call (we come to you). Please allow enough lead time usually 1 hour for phone consults, 3 hours for surounding towns and 1 day for longer distances + any drive time when scheduling your appointments. 24 hours is appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
cancellation emails are automatically sent with date and time of cancellation for your records
Appointments are charged 50% if cancelled less than 12 hours, 100% if less than 3hrs prior to individual appointment.
Group/Seminar/Events Policy: set-up fee non-refundable. Cancellations less than 1 week in advance are charged 100% of the fee and will be charged to your credit card. All charges that appear on your card(s) or PayPal account will be from The Healing Hearth or The Healing Hearth, Inc. if any appear with your therapist name and not The Healing Hearth please report suspected fraud to HH headquarters by or calling 1-406-369-3556.
